I was disappointed with this tea. The flavor came across weak, flat, and kind of stale, and it definitely didn’t feel worth what I paid. I also hate when you try to deal with stuff like this and get pushed through automated systems instead of just talking to an actual person, which only makes the whole thing more frustrating.

"Absolutely solid tea selection"
I’ve ordered from smithtea.com a handful of times now, and I’m convinced they have one of the easiest tea selections to shop through. There are plenty of classic options, but also enough interesting blends that you can try something new without feeling totally overwhelmed. I always end up finding something good, so yeah, I’m very sure I’ll keep coming back.

I emailed them twice about my order and didn’t get any real help. I kept checking my inbox for a few days, even while making coffee in the mornings, and there was just nothing. It was frustrating to feel like my message went nowhere.
